Our Vision:

• To transform both the mindset and the culture of violence in our cities.  We look to shift urban youth culture away from violence and fear and  toward hope and empowerment.
• To “connect the dots” — match the most difficult to serve young people with the new opportunities that are developing for them.  We look to shift what young people see as possible for themselves and their communities.
• To give Oakland’s young people the courage to dream big and the will to live out their dreams. Peace starts with them!

We will do this through:

• transformational leadership work;
• events to “Silence The Violence”;
• helping young people spread the message of urban peace.
