Kaila is the Director of Youth Programs with Urban Peace Movement (UPM), where she leads UPM’s youth programming to provide leadership develop skills and opportunities to directly impacted youth and young adults members who are apart of UPM’s Oakland LIT MOB, South County LIT MOB, Determination Black Men’s Group, and Social Justice Committee.
