Amelia Ortiz is the Staff Development & Evaluation Director and leads professional development and staff support for Urban Peace Movement (UPM) as well as the evaluation of our work and programs to ensure the quality and effectiveness of UPM’s overall work. Amelia will also help lead and guide UPM’s Community Healing and Participatory Defense work.
